Q: The game looks much worse than on your screenshot, why that?
A: You must set your windows color resolution to High or True Color. The help file includes detailed information on how to do this.

Q: The game just crashes with the error "10093: Successful WSAStartup not yet performed"
A: This problem has been fixed. Please get the latest version of the game from our download page.

Q: My virus scanner reports a virus in the file that I just donwnloaded from your website.
A: This is no virus. We are using a programm that minimizes File size by compressing it. Unfortunately, files that are compressed this way are sometimes reported to be virus-infested althogh being completely clean. This does mostly happen with old or poor quality virus scanners. If you are still not sure if you should really run our game, please contact your virus scanner's support department. Send them our game via e-mail and they will confirm you that there is no virus in it.

Q: Sometimes when I start the game, it tells me "cannot find language dll" and crashes. How can I fix this?
A: This bug has been fixed. Please download the latest version and it won't bother you again.

Q: I just submitted my highscore to the 3D Morris web page but I cannot see it in the game. Why that?
A: The highscore table is updated manually. Please allow a few days for us to update our website. We will not forget you.
